What is sociocracy and how does it apply to GPC?
Sociocracy is an approach to participatory democracy based on respect, collaboration and empowerment. We believe that adopting sociocracy or “S3” methods can significantly enhance participation in the GPC and assist us in “walking our talk”, both on the decidim platform and in all other interactions.
